It took him some time but Mike Tyson is finally addressing that violent moment where he repeatedly punched a man who allegedly threw a water bottle at him aboard a JetBlue flight back in April.
“Hey listen, I’m usually good at these things,” Tyson told Jimmy Kimmel on his show Thursday night.
“I was wrong, that should’ve never happened. That’s me back in my primitive child stages, I shouldn’t of done that, but I was just irritated, tired, high, and pissed off. S**t happens!”
“I don’t wanna hurt nobody!,” MT sang.
Tyson was removed from the plane along with the passenger, but neither were charged with a crime.
San Mateo County District Attorney Stephen Wagstaffe told TMZ that his office decided to dismiss the case because of “the conduct of the victim leading up to the incident, the interaction between Mr. Tyson and the victim, as well as the requests of both the victim and Mr. Tyson.”

Wagstaffe told TMZ that neither Townsend nor Tyson wanted the incident to end up in court.
