Boxing is bringing its upcoming fight, Canelo vs. Munguia, to Las Vegas. Canelo Alvarez will defend his title as the undisputed super-middleweight world champion when he fights fellow Mexican Jaime Munguia on Saturday, May 4th, at the T-Mobile Arena.
Boxing fans can stream the fight live on DAZN in the US, UK, and Canada. The main event’s ringwalks are scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. PT, 11 p.m. ET, and 4 a.m. BST.
Canelo Alvarez vs. Jaime Munguia will be broadcast live in Australia on DAZN PPV and Kayo PPV on May 5 at 10 am AEST / 9:30 am ACST / 8 am AWST.

Alvarez, who defeated Caleb Plant in 2021 to become the undisputed world champion, will defend the WBC, WBA, IBF, and WBO world crowns for the fourth time. On Saturday in Las Vegas, Saul “Canelo” Alvarez will take on Jaime Munguia in his most recent defense of the undisputed super-middleweight belts.
This test is for Canelo, an all-Mexican matchup over Cinco de Mayo weekend. Being six years younger than the seasoned champion, Munguia will have a height advantage and youth when he takes the ring at T-Mobile Arena.

Nevertheless, Munguia, 27, has fought in 43 professional fights, so he has some experience. The Tijuana fighter has won all the bouts, including 34 by knockout, whereas Canelo has a record of 60-2-2 (39 KOs).
Eight months after Canelo defeated the British fighter on points, Munguia stopped John Ryder in January. Canelo easily defeated Jermell Charlo in September of last year.
