A 24-year-old football star was tragically found dead inside a Las Vegas home owned by Floyd Mayweather.
According to TMZ Sports, the young man was a relative of Mayweather’s girlfriend Jamie Lynn and he committed suicide at a condo Mayweather owns in Las Vegas. Per the report, the person was Lindenwood Lions football player Jarrett Johnson.
The former all-conference quarterback in high school played multiple positions in college.
Mayweather and Johnson were close, with TMZ reporting Mayweather is believed to be “distraught” over the news. The body was discovered after a friend showed up at the condo on August 22nd. The individual called the police who then came out to the scene.
Jarrett’s family was already mourning the loss of his brother Justice who was killed in 2019 at the age of 18.
In the past couple of days, Mayweather has been silent on social media. Jamie Lynn has been linked to Mayweather since 2015.
