Floyd Mayweather may be in some serious hot water after a police report was filed against him and accusing the former boxer of assault.
TMZ Sports is reporting that Ricco Kimborough claimed Mayweather put his hands on him at the Fontainebleau Hilton hotel in Miami on February 1, just one day before Super Bowl LIV at Hard Rock Stadium.
“Ricco claims he asked Floyd for a picture but Mayweather turned him down saying, “I can’t even get a good morning first?”
In the police report, obtained by TMZ Sports, Ricco claims Floyd’s security team “pushed him away from Mayweather” while Floyd yelled at him, “I’ll beat your ass.”
TMZ also obtained footage of the altercation:
Based on that video footage, there is no indication that Mayweather was physical with Kimborough, unless it happened before he started recording.
The 42-year-old was in attendance at the Super Bowl, posting a photo of himself at the showdown between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers.
