Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship returned on Saturday with an exciting lineup of fights featuring a host of former MMA competitors.
It took place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino where Pearl Gonzalez would be making her debut against Charisa Sigala.
The fight went all five rounds and Gonzalez would come out with the win.
All three judges gave Gonzalez the fight with 50-45 scores across the board as she moves to 1-0 in her new bare-knuckle fighting career.
“Moving to Brooklyn with Team Serrano has been one of the best moves of my life,” Gonzalez said about her win. “All we worked this camp was ones and twos, structure, balance. I’m not a brawler. I’m a mixed martial artist. I’m learning to be a boxer. Every fcking day, I’m getting better. Watch the fck out.”
Before tonight, Gonzalez was last seen in professional MMA action under the all-women’s Invicta FC banner when she was beaten by up-and-coming young talent Miranda Maverick in early 2020.
