On Saturday, there was a bunch of matchups that kept fight fans entertained that included Jorge Masvidal and Nate Diaz in UFC and Canelo Alvarez and Sergey Kovalev in boxing. But, there was another fight that took place and it involved the son of one of the most legendary boxers ever.
Evan Holyfield, son of former heavyweight champ Evander Holyfield, made his professional boxing debut and he did not disappoint.
The young Holyfield came out swinging like gangbusters and knocked his opponent Nick Winstead to the floor and out of his mind so fast that the ref was forced to stop the match just 13 seconds in.
The 22-year-old clearly has a bright future and this could only get better for fight fans if he can become what his famous father was in his prime.
