Boxers Fighting This Weekend
In an event conducted by Matchrom Boxing in Leeds, England, Josh Taylor will fight Jack Catterall for twelve rounds to acquire the super Lightweight title. Taylor is known for his explosive strength, whereas Catterall is a very technical fighter in the ring, given his defensive prowess. It will be interesting to see if Catterall’s defense holds up against the Scottish boxer.
In the co-main event, Cheavon Clarke takes on Ellis Zorro in the Cruiserweight division for the vacant British title. It will be intriguing to see if Cheavon can become the English king in his home country, beating an evergreen Ellis Zorro in twelve rounds. We have an exciting welterweight clash when Paddy Donovan takes on Lewis Ritson in a ten-round bout in the ring. Given his three-fight win streak, Donovan will be entering the bout as a heavy favorite against Ritson.
