This weekend in Riyadh, there will be an exciting main event between Anthony Joshua and Francis Ngannou as part of Saudi Arabia’s ongoing dominance in boxing.
In Ngannou’s second-ever boxing contest, the 34-year-old heavyweight champion will square up against the former. Ngannou dropped Tyson Fury in October during an incredible moment in Riyadh, but he lost a contentious decision.
The fight between Joshua and Ngannou is scheduled for Friday, March 8, in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Ring walks for Joshua vs. Ngannou are anticipated to commence at 10.30 pm GMT (3.30 pm PT, 5.30 pm CT, 6.30 pm ET), with the event scheduled to start at 5 pm GMT (10 am PT, 12 pm CT, 1 pm ET).

It will be a typical professional boxing bout between Joshua and Ngannou. There will be ten rounds of three minutes each during the bout. Any fighter can prevail by decision, TKO, or knockout.

The 10-point “must” system will be used to score each round. This means that the winner will receive 10 points, while the loser will receive 9 points, unless they are knocked down or suffer serious injuries, in which case they will receive 8 points, 7 points, or less, depending on the extent of the damage.
