Adrien Broner was served a platter of “L’s” at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas last night.
First, he took a beating at the hands of Manny Pacquiao during the main event of the evening, losing via unanimous decision. And then, just as he was trying to convince the crowd that he should have won the bout (despite getting outlanded by Pacquiao, 112-50), Broner was handed another “L” by Showtime’s in-ring interviewer, Jim Gray.
After being asked what the future holds for him, Broner tried to take a swipe at Gray by saying, “I’m 3-3-1 in my last seven, but I’d be 7-0 against you.”
Gray responded by ending the interview AND Broner’s career with the perfect one-liner. Check it out:
I’m pretty sure Gray just sent Broner into early retirement.
But if you thought that vicious blow from Gray would knock some sense into Broner, you were wrong. Just listen to what the dude had to say during his post-fight press conference:

These interviews are seriously turning out to be the only entertaining part of Broner’s fights these days.
