Shahn Smith is a writer who covers the NHL at Total Pro Sports. As an avid sports fan (particularly of hockey and soccer as well as combat), Shahn has spent years studying the ins and outs of different sports in order to boost his knowledge and apply it to careers like this one. His job at Total Pro Sports is his first in the medium, but he does also have experience writing for the Spokane Falls Community College’s newspaper, The Communicator.
Shahn played soccer for 16 years and has watched hockey for most of his life, while also spending time training in various MMA gyms. He’s accumulated knowledge of these sports through these outlets, but is always willing and eager to learn more. When he isn’t writing, Shahn enjoys simply watching these sports, or even playing them in his yard. He also enjoys making videos and writing stories, or simply, just playing with his kid.
