Las Vegas Aces Star A’ja Wilson scripted history as she broke the WNBA single season scoring record on Wednesday (Sep 11, 2024) night.

Wilson broke Jewell Loyd's 2023 record of 939 points. The 28-year-old entered the game with averages of 27.3 points.

Wilson finished the game with 27 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals, and 3 blocks as Aces beat Indian Fever 86-75. 

Many WNBA and NBA stars, including LeBron James, took to social media to congratulate the 28-year-old after her historic achievement.
