Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen have been embroiled in a rumored-filled fight ever since he came back to the NFL following a 40-day retirement.
Fast forward to the beginning of October and now sources are telling Page Six that both parties have hired a divorce lawyer.
Via the report:
“I never actually thought this argument would be the end of them, but it looks like it is,” one source in the know tells Page Six.
“I don’t think there will be any coming back now. They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.”
The couple share son Benjamin, 12, and daughter Vivian, 9, and Brady is also the father of son Jack, 15, with ex Bridget Moynahan.

His children were at his first home game of the season, but Gisele has yet to show her face and now we know why.
“The couple would likely file for divorce in Florida, as that’s where they are primarily based, legal experts say. Another source who knows the couple confirm they are looking at dividing their assets, which includes a $26 million property portfolio.”
Brady’s estimated overall net worth swelled from $180 million to $250 million. This divorce could get costly and nasty.
As for his play on the field, Brady completed 39 of 52 pass attempts for 385 yards and three touchdowns in Sunday’s 41-31 loss to the Chiefs.
It is worth noting that Brady appeared to be favoring his right shoulder after taking a big hit late in the first half. It sems he may be hurt physically and emotionally for some time.
