Baseball season is officially here when fans start brawling in the stands.
One woman is being accused of punching a cop after a fight erupted between baseball fans during the Blue Jays home opener Friday night.
Via Toronto Sun:
“A woman and man were involved in a physical altercation with several other patrons at a Toronto Blue Jays game,” Const. Edward Parks said in a statement released Saturday.
“Officers attended, attempting to separate the groups and deescalate the situation,” he said. “The woman and man were advised to vacate the stadium due to disorderly behavior.”
Parks said the woman “turned and punched the officer in the face.”
