Two high school student-athletes have been arrested in connection to the murder of a man that happened last month.
George Mason men’s basketball team are not happy to find out that one of the two teens is signee Cameron Walker, who allegedly robbed and murdered a 24-year-old man in Alpharetta, Ga. According to the statement, police identified Walker and high school teammate Jonathan Murray as the perpetrators.
“Tonight, the Alpharetta Police Department, with the assistance of the North Fulton SWAT team, arrested Cameron Walker (17) and Jonathan Murray (18) for the Robbery and Murder of Connor Mediate.”
A Fulton County judge has denied bond for the two student-athletes accused of killing Connor Mediate. Police say Mediate was shot several times.
According to a report from the Washington Post, both Walker and Murray played in Milton High’s season-opening game Wednesday and promptly got arrested following the game.
