BREAKING: Cowboys Not Signing Head Coach Jason Garrett To Extension

When the Dallas Cowboys started the 2018 season terribly, it was assumed the team would finally part ways with head coach Jason Garrett. That all changed when they acquired WR Amari Cooper and they went on a run to capture the NFC East title and win a game in the playoffs.

Just when you thought everything was all good, the news dropped on Friday that head coach Jason Garrett would not be receiving an extension, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Jerry Jones is not expected to extend the contract of Cowboys’ HC Jason Garrett, short or long term, as he now enters the final year of his contract, per @toddarcher.
