Back in March, Johnny Manziel saw his personal life go up in flames after his wife, Bre Tiesi, took to Instagram and scrubbed everything that had any mention of Manziel as well as changed her last name. She would soon reveal that possible cheating was the cause when replying to another IG user in the comments.
“This is all very, very personal and very sad,” Manziel tells TMZ Sports back in March … “I appreciate everyone who has been so supportive of both of us and I would just ask that everyone respect our privacy at this difficult time.”
“My hope is to put my head down and be allowed to focus on work and what is required of me on the football field.”
The former AAF quarterback is clearly hurting behind the scenes and seemingly has started his apology tour when he took to Instagram over the weekend and wished his estranged wife a happy birthday, while apologizing for his actions.

1st, he saw his career in the Canadian Football League come to a crash landing after he was essentially cut and banned from playing in the league after violating rules that allowed him to play there.
